Licensor
Licensor: A licensor is the party that owns intellectual property — trademarks, characters, designs, or other rights — and grants a licensee the right to use those rights in exchange for royalties. In licensed apparel, licensors include sports leagues (NFL, MLB), collegiate agencies (CLC, Fanatics College), event organizations (USGA, NASCAR), and player associations.
