Licensee

Licensee: A licensee is the party that pays royalties to a licensor in exchange for the right to use the licensor's intellectual property — typically to produce, sell, or distribute licensed merchandise. Apparel licensees are the companies producing licensed jerseys, headwear, accessories, and other branded products.
