Rate card

Rate card: A rate card is the structured schedule of royalty rates that apply within a licensing agreement — by product category, mark type, sales channel, volume tier, or other dimension. Rate cards are versioned: rate changes mid-term create new effective-date versions, and prior periods continue using the rate that was in effect at the time.
