Cooperative mark
Cooperative mark: A cooperative mark is a licensed product mark that involves rights from multiple licensors — for example, an NCAA-licensed jersey featuring an NFLPA-licensed player likeness, or an MLB throwback design with rights shared between MLB Properties and a historical-franchise licensor. Royalty on cooperative-mark products distributes across licensors per contractual split.
